Functional Flow
Functional, sustainable movements, focusing on strength and mobility are woven into an intentionally designed dynamic flow class. Students are encouraged to focus on the felt sense of the movement and the breath rather than the look or performance. Variations and suggestions are offered for all levels. Some experience is helpful.
Functional Foundations
Uncomplicated yoga. This class uses yoga inspired mobility, strength, and stability movements and an emphasis on functional breathwork. This is not a flow class and will benefit those new to yoga, those returning to their practice after time off whether due to injury or life changes, those looking for a sustainable movement practice, and seasoned practitioners looking to vary their yoga practice.
Ability to get up and down off the floor is required.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is designed for both new and experienced yoga practitioners. In these classes, we create a supportive community while using yoga poses, movements, and breathwork to nurture the pregnant body. Our focus is on alleviating discomfort, promoting overall well-being, and preparing both mind and body for a smoother, more efficient birth.
Each class begins with “Community,” where participants introduce themselves and share any specific aches or concerns. The teacher will then incorporate these needs into the practic to ensure comfort and support throughout the session.
Emphasis is placed on using the breath as a powerful tool for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. The practice includes a combination of stretching, strengthening, and mobility exercises to encourage optimal birthing positioning so you may have a more functional, less complicated birth. Additionally, we use meditation, relaxation techniques, and mindful breathing practices to support emotional well-being and prepare you mentally for labor.

Postnatal Yoga
This class offers a supportive space for new mothers to reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement and breathwork. Designed to promote healing and rebuild strength, the class focuses on key areas affected during pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood—such as the deep core, pelvic floor, glutes, hips, and upper back/neck.
Each movement and pose is thoughtfully selected to help restore balance and ease, while also nurturing your physical and emotional well-being. Whether you choose to join with or without your baby, this class fosters a welcoming environment to connect with other moms and share the journey of postpartum recovery.
This class is best suited for babies who are not yet fully mobile.
