Private yoga lessons allow me to create a movement practice tailored to your unique needs. I will meet you exactly where you are and help you figure out what you need.
Your yoga practice should support you, no matter what is going on in your life. Depending on your needs and interests, I incorporate various aspects of yoga into each of our sessions, including:
Asana - the movement practice that is the base of our lessons
Pranayama - breathing exercises
Meditation - a guided practice to help find calm and focus
To create a yoga practice that is uniquely tailored to your needs, here’s how we begin:
#1 - We start with an intake process that covers your history of movement practices and injuries. We’ll discuss what you are experiencing in your body now and what changes you’d like to make
#2 - We’ll meet virtually or in person for your private yoga lessons on a schedule that works best for you
Private virtual yoga lessons are $85/session
In Person Sessions begin at $85/session
Lessons are 60 minutes/session
