Strength and Mobility through yoga - 6 week Series
Why should you do this program?
To make lasting changes in the body, movement must be utilized. The benefits of movement are numerous:
-can improve sleep
-increase energy levels
-When approached with a sense of compassion movement can have a positive impact on our overall well being
promoting positive feelings about ourselves
-Release stress
-Increase functionality of our joints
-Increase stability and balance, strength, mobility and flexibility
Who would benefit from this program?
This program can be beneficial for people those who've been out of practice, those coming off of an injury, or those who are looking to continue growing in their practice. Each week's class will build upon the previous week increasing your strength and mobility. Being able to get up and down off the floor is required.
What do you get?
Six classes total with a new class being released to you each week. Take each class as many times as you’d like (it’s recommended!)—you’ll have access to the entire course for 60 days.
