“Function Foundations with Jen has been the perfect class for returning to the practice of Yoga after many (yes many) years.  Jen’s style is very welcoming and she is able to teach across varying levels/abilities within the same session.  I have quickly gained more flexibility and confidence in my practice.  Jen gives clear explanations and doesn’t assume you know exactly what a pose should look like or where you should feel it.  The classes have a great pace, starting slowly, working up to more involved poses and ending with a relaxing Savasana.  I highly recommend Jen’s classes.” M.O.

“I've never taken yoga before, so I don't know generally what is good or what is bad. However, I DO know that when I started classes three weeks ago with Jen, my hip was hurting. Although the discomfort was better than it had been after three months of chiropractic care, it was still there. Ever since that first class with Jen, the pain has almost vanished. The stretching and movement Jen has me doing, coupled with the relaxing breaths and other relaxation methods she provides in the class, have basically eliminated my hip problem.
